As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Keisha is credentialed and equipped to serve job seekers at every phase of the career journey – from the new graduate just getting started or stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce to mid-career professionals seeking advancement and senior executives planning a “second act” portfolio career. 

She also holds the Goodwill® Career Coach and Navigator certificate and is trained in neurodiversity, diversity and inclusion, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). She holds an undergraduate degree in English from Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in Humanities from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSU-DH), as well as a technical writing graduate certificate from CSU-DH.
