Start the discussion with your employees about the difference between sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior/comments.  In this module, we raise awareness about inappropriate comments and behaviors that disrespect or marginalize a co-worker, set clear expectations about employee behavior, demonstrate how an inappropriate sexual innuendo or joke can make others feel uncomfortable, and define sexual harassment. In addition, we coach all employees on how to pre-empt any form of inappropriate behavior and how to have courageous conversations with a co-worker who makes an inappropriate comment or sexual innuendo.
