Most of Megan’s HR career has been one-on-one coaching with managers or employees, or in-person group training. She has expertly sourced, recruited, and implemented strategic talent initiatives across the globe. The last few years she has coached individuals in the UK and team members in Germany, Australia, and on the East coast. In those capacities she relied heavily on video conferencing to stay connected and for all meetings. She excels in one-on-one coaching situations where her approachable nature helps her build relationships quickly. Her experience handling many restructurings over the last decade gives her a unique perspective. She has helped individuals navigate the wide range of emotions and complexities of being negatively impacted. She works tirelessly to engage, support, encourage, and prepare her clients. Megan has a proven track record of success in HR Management for over 20 years including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development and benefits. She has successfully managed employee relations through various challenges and opportunities, including rapid growth and reductions in force. She has an empathy for and understanding of the impact of job loss on an individual, as well as the ability to move clients forward productively.
Megan has a B.S. Industrial/Organizational Psychology – University of South Dakota. Her community affiliations include SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), 1816 Associate Board member (Indiana State Museum), Indy Feral volunteer
