Jill enjoys and has a passion for coaching and/or developing people. For more than twenty years she has been involved directly with building HR and people strategies, coaching, mentoring, early career programs, recruitment, employment branding, succession planning, organization development. Many of those she has coached have gone on to become managers, directors, VP’s, CEO’s, start businesses and coach/mentor others. In she situations she has remained an active mentor with several of these individuals throughout their careers.
Jill is a high impact, mission-oriented leader with extensive experience in human resources, operations, M&A and work environment transformation. Jill has a strong business leadership background, is an entrepreneur, consultant, coach, and mentor to human resources, business executives. She has led human resources and corporate services functions for private equity backed to global publicly held companies in technology, medical device, consumer products, and retail. Organizations she has worked in have been recognized as best places to work, five-star wellness recipients and intern employers of the year. Jill has also consulted to organizations where she helped transform them into best places to work organizations and at the same time scale their people, infrastructure, mission, and organizational competencies.
Jill is a strong believer in community engagement and giving back to others having sat on boards and as an advisor to several community, education, mentorship, leadership and arts organizations.
Jill received her B.S. from Purdue University and is certificated as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
