Jackie has over five years of experience as a Senior Personal Career Coach with Career Consultants. She is recognized as an Coach who has excellent communication and organizational abilities,  functions well in high pressure environments, is results oriented and enjoys a very hands – on professional relationship with all of her clients, regardless of their diverse backgrounds or their personal and professional needs. Her clients report that her knowledge and expertise about what recruiters and hiring managers want to see and hear on resumes and during the interview process was invaluable to them during their job search.

Jackie’s corporate background includes a breadth and depth of experience as a corporate Human Resource Professional and Director of Talent Acquisition in the airline industry, temporary help industry and with a venture capital investment group.

She attended Ball State University where she majored in Biology with the intention of going into the medical field however life stepped in and instead entered the corporate world and have never looked back.  Jackie said “One of the pleasures of my life right now, along with my family, is my volunteer work at Dressed for Success in Indianapolis where I have the opportunity to share my talents with struggling women trying to reenter the employment arena.”
