Coaching: Elizabeth has spent almost the entirety of her career focused on coaching. She learned very early on she has a talent to help her clients focus on issues they can control and has the ability to keep them engaged in executing their job search strategies without distraction.
Leadership: As VP of Human Resources or Director of Human capital, Elizabeth is considered a visionary Human Resource Executive who gets results by utilizing her strong work experience in strategic planning, change management, talent acquisition learning and development and employee relations. She has a breadth of experience working both large and small businesses, health care, information technology, e-learning, retail and light manufacturing
Elizabeth has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan and a BS in Music from Ball State. She has won numerous professional awards including a Leadership Award, two Consulting Excellence Award and an Outstanding HR Manager award. She a Human Capital Strategist Certification, Senior Professional Human Resource Certification, is certified in the Predictive Index ad was the founder of the HR Professional Development Association
