Dennis has over 45 years’ experience in Business and Human Resources. He was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for a fortune 500 financial services organization. He played a significant role with this organization by leading the HR function on 14 acquisitions and was responsible for the developing career transition programs for employees at all levels of the organization affected by job loss. Dennis was very involved in coaching senior managers on change management, cultural and leadership issues. He also works with a number of local and county governments and small businesses in the compensation and employee relations areas.

Dennis also led the effort to develop leadership programs in conjunction with Indiana University. He was instrumental in developing an Executive Leadership Program for Insurance Executives at Indiana State University. He served as Adjunct Faculty Member at Marian University for 16 years where he taught courses in Human Resource Management, Organization Behavioral and the Business Career Seminar

Dennis holds a BS degree in education from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Butler University. He is member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the designation of SHRM SCP and SPHR from the Society for Human Resource Management. His certifications include Extended DISC and The Birkman First Look.

Dennis also proudly served as a Platoon Leader with the 3rd Marine Division in Vietnam.
