Brittany, as the Marketing and Operations Coordinator, is responsible for the implementation of administrative practices throughout the organization. She is known as the “go to person” for any of our coaches and clients who have logistical, administrative or billing questions. She is also the creative mind behind our social media programs and takes pride in the creation of graphic images, marketing campaigns, and all materials that so importantly represent our brand. Her attention to detail, imaginative outlook, and hardworking personality had contributed to the success of media accounts across the board as well as gained the attention of new and prospective clients and followers.
A Florida native, she attended The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale majoring in Merchandising. She spent 18 months before realizing that was not the direction she wanted her life to go and relocated to Indiana where she landed a position as a Director for an early childhood education. In this role she found a passion and love for graphic design, brand representation, and team management. It was also where she met our President, Jessica Gendron.
After receiving her associate degree in Childhood Psychology and Development and getting married to her high school sweetheart, her dream of becoming a Mom came true…times two! With twins on the way, Brittany felt the time was right to change her professional course and look for a career path that fused her core values, strengths, and passions with a company that truly understood the importance of being a working mother. The Center for Leadership Excellence was the perfect fit.
